The location of the hotel was amazing, with popular attractions within walking distance. The staff, from reception to restaurant to cleaning, were all great and provided excellent service. The bed was comfortable, and I slept better than I do at home. The free breakfast was a nice treat, with different options each day.

We had an incredible stay at this place in the heart of the historic area right next to the most important sites. The location on a hill offered stunning views of the city and was within walking distance of all attractions. We were impressed by the level of service provided by the staff, who were always available and attentive to our needs. Room service, dry cleaning, 24-hour room service, housekeeping, and laundry were just a few of the amenities that contributed to the comfort and convenience of our stay. The paid shuttle service made it easy to get around and tours/ticket assistance helped us plan out our itinerary.
This hotel is a great option for families.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with many different sights within walking distance and the tram very close by. The staff was amazing, especially the guys at reception. They were friendly, kind, and always willing to help. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a modern and clean room that had great sound isolation. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of food and daily changes. the hotel allowed me to keep my bags in a secure spot after I checked out, very convenient.
